1. Master Resell Rights Overview

When you purchase a product from AI Profit Empires with Master Resell Rights, you are granted the right to resell the product and keep 100% of the profits.

This means you can sell the product to others under the terms of this policy.

However, it is important to note that while you have the right to resell the product, you do not own the intellectual property of the product.

AI Profit Empires retains full ownership of the original product and its content.

2. Rights Granted

By purchasing a product with Master Resell Rights, you are granted the following:

• The right to resell the product and keep 100% of the profits.

• The right to market, promote, and advertise the product in any manner you choose.

• The right to offer the product for sale to your customers.

You are also allowed to use the product for personal use, but reselling the product is a primary benefit of purchasing it with Master Resell Rights.

3. Restrictions on Resale

The following restrictions apply to all Master Resell Rights products purchased from AI Profit Empires:

• You cannot claim authorship or ownership of the product.

• You cannot alter or modify the content of the product in any way, including adding or removing information.

• You cannot offer the product for free (unless explicitly stated) or bundle it with other products for free.

• You cannot distribute the product to any third party who violates the terms of this agreement.

4. No Ownership of the Product

While you have the right to resell products under the Master Resell Rights program, it is important to note that you do not own the intellectual property or the product itself.

AI Profit Empires retains full ownership of the original product. You are only granted resale rights, and you must comply with this policy and the guidelines we set forth.

5. Marketing and Advertising

When marketing and promoting products purchased with Master Resell Rights, you must follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding advertising and marketing practices.

This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring your marketing materials are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

You are responsible for creating your own sales pages and promotional materials. AI Profit Empires does not provide marketing materials or guarantee the success of your marketing efforts.

6. Compliance with Laws

It is your responsibility to ensure that your resale of products complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including consumer protection laws, intellectual property laws, and advertising laws. AI Profit Empires is not responsible for any legal issues arising from your resale of products under the Master Resell Rights program.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

As stated in our No Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued for purchases of products with Master Resell Rights. Additionally, chargebacks related to these purchases will be handled according to our chargeback policy, which may involve legal action to recover lost funds, time, and fees.

8. Support

AI Profit Empires provides support for the use of our products, but we do not offer customer support for the reselling process. You are responsible for providing your own customer service and support for those who purchase the products through you.

9. Termination of Rights

AI Profit Empires reserves the right to terminate your Master Resell Rights if we determine that you have violated any of the terms in this policy. In the event of termination, you will no longer have the right to resell the product and must cease any marketing or sales activities related to the product.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a product with Master Resell Rights from AI Profit Empires, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your Master Resell Rights and possible legal action.
